The Potomac Valley Irish Wolfhound Club (PVIWC) is a regional breed club dedicated to the health and welfare of the Irish Wolfhound. Our members live primarily in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. PVIWC is a very active club which hosts an annual AKC specialty and obedience show in the Spring, participates in educational activities and parades, rescues local wolfhounds in need of new homes, and sponsors a Fun Match in the Fall, to name a few of our regular functions.

Jodie Jeweler, Chair of the Fun Match Committee has the following message for the Membership and those interested in joining the Club:
We need a food coordinator for the Fun Match, which will be held on September 22nd this year. This job entails mostly planning & coordinating who is bringing what, so we have everything we need. Some day-of organizing, but if you can’t do that, we can find someone to help! Mostly, someone is needed NOW to get people to sign up, determine what we need, what we have & who is bringing what. PLEASE contact Jodie to volunteer! For details on time, location and directions, please check our website, www.pviwc.org and select “Fun Match” from the green “banner bar.”
